Four years after their successful album "Indicator", DEINE LAKAIEN are back with their new album CRYSTAL PALACE. The tenth studio album of the legendary formation around Ernst Horn and Alexander Veljanov will be released on August 8 and, as a completely electronic work, ties back more than ever to the musical beginnings of the successful band.

Even though the duo did without guest musicians for the production of the album, they worked as they always have: From the initial idea to the handmade sounds to the finished master, DEINE LAKAIEN always produce themselves and on their own. The fact that this autonomous way of working not only results in a strong continuity and a certain independence, but can rather be seen as the cornerstone of the avant-garde duo's unexceptional success, is not least confirmed by DEINE LAKAIEN's almost thirty-year band history and their enormous, heterogeneous fanbase.

The lyrics of the ten songs that can be heard on CRYSTAL PALACE are less political, but still clothe profound themes in enchanting sounds. A world all of its own, in which hope exists alongside heaviness and pensiveness. And often overlooked: well-dosed, also irony.
